Cancellation Policy:
In case customers wish to cancel after authorizing the payment online, the same should be done within 24 hours after the payment authorization. The customer may wish to replace the order and adjust the amount with other products or with to take a refund of the full amount. In cases where the customer has already availed service of Ultiwise Consult, or if a cancellation request is received after 24 hours from payment authorization, no cancellation and refund will be entertained by Ultiwise Consult.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card or other modes of payment. Refund can only be claimed if refund is initiated by customer within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. In cases where the candidate has already availed service, of Ultiwise Consult will not process refund of the fee.
